Cultural Diversity Class is a four to eight hour class (depending on your needs) that shows how to use cultural clues promoting communication and safety for the officer's advantage. Jill Randolph McAfee is a life long educator as well as an international advanced certified law enforcement planner. Her background includes curriculum writing, with teaching certifications in psychology, social and biological sciences with a Masters degree in Educational Supervision. Jill wrote curriculum guides for sociology including extensive studies in cultural diversity. She has formed international training teams that planned & supervised the training of 12,000 officers in Bosnia - Herzegovina. Jill has served as the Cultural Diversity adjunct instructor at Irving Police Department 2004-2005 and 2007-2008 as well as the North Richland Hills PD adjunct instructor for 2008.
